المادة (10): عند إنتقال شخص خاضع لهذا النظام للعمل لدى صاحب
عمل آخر يلتزم صاحب العمل الجديد بالتأمين عليه من تاريخ إنتقاله للعمل لديه،
ويعتد بهذا الشأن بتاريخ عقد العمل بالنسبة للعاملين السعوديين وللمقيمين من أم
أو من زوجة سعودية، وبتاريخ نقل عقد العمل بالنسبة للعاملين غير السعوديين
الآخرين.
| Article 10 :If a person
covered by this Law transfers to work for another employer, the new employer
shall provide said person with insurance coverage from the date of transfer.
In this respect, consideration shall be given to the date of the employment
contract in the case of Saudi employees and residents belong to a Saudi
mother or wife, and to the employment contract transfer date in the case of
other non-Saudis. |
