"Article 129:The Council may only use the information referred to in Article 128 for the following purposes:
Examination of application submitted by the insurance company or TPA for accreditation and renewal thereof, or by a service provider for accreditation or renewal thereof.
Examination of complaints submitted to the Council.
Reviewing and deciding on violations under Article 14 of the Law.
Directives issued by the Council."
