Article 123:One or more committees, named the “Committee for Violations of the Cooperative Health Insurance Law” shall be formed pursuant to a decision by the Chairman of the Council in accordance with Article 14 of the Law, to consider violations of the provisions of the Law and to recommend appropriate penalties. Said penalties shall be imposed by a decision of the Chairman of the Council and may be appealed before the Board of Grievances within sixty days from the date of notification thereof.
