Article 66 :The Council shall oversee the comprehensiveness of the health insurance coverage and ensure that the health insurance parties are fulfilling their duties and responsibilities in accordance with this Regulation.
المادة (66): يتولى المجلس الرقابة على شمولية التغطية التأمينية الصحية، والتأكد من قيام أطراف العلاقة التأمينية الصحية بتنفيذ المهمات والمسؤوليات المناطة بهم بموجب هذه اللائحة.
Article 67 :The Council may request SAMA, insurance parties and other concerned parties to provide information and data on all matters related to the application of the provisions of the Law.
المادة (67): للمجلس طلب أي معلومات وبيانات من المؤسسة أو أطراف العلاقة التأمينية والجهات الأخرى المعنية حول جميع المعلومات المتعلقة بتطبيق أحكام النظام.
Article 68 :Supervisory field visits to insurance parties shall be conducted in accordance with the controls and standards provided for in the Supervisory Field Visits Regulation approved by the Council and attached to this Regulation (Annex 7).
المادة (68): تتم الزيارات الميدانية الإشرافية لأطراف العلاقة التأمينية وفق الضوابط والمعايير المنصوص عليها في لائحة تنظيم أعمال الزيارات الميدانية الإشرافية المقرة من المجلس، والملحقة بهذه اللائحة (ملحق رقم 7).
"Article 69 :The Supervisory Field Team may visit insurance parties (during official working hours) without a prior notice from the Council. Members of the Supervisory Field Team shall present proof of affiliation with the Council and provide the insurance parties with a notice stating the purpose of their visit. The insurance parties shall undertake to:
1. cooperate with the Supervisory Field Team;
2. provide the Team with required information and data; and
3. promptly respond to enquiries and comments, if any, as specified by the General Secretariat."
"المادة (69): يجوز لفريق الزيارات الميدانية الإشرافية القيام بزيارة أطراف العلاقة التأمينية (أثناء وقت الدوام الرسمي) دون الحاجة إلى إخطار مسبق من المجلس، ويقوم أعضاء فريق الزيارات الاشرافية بإظهار ما يثبت إنتمائهم للمجلس وتزويد طرف العلاقة بإشعار رسمي يوضح الغرض من الزيارة، وتلتزم أطراف العلاقة التأمينية بالتالي:
التعاون مع فريق الزيارات الإشرافية.
تزويد فريق الزيارات الإشرافية بكافة البيانات والمعلومات التي تحقق أهداف الزيارة.
سرعة الرد على الاستفسارات والملاحظات (إن وجدت) حسب ما تحددة الأمانة العامة."
Article 70 :The Council may express reservations regarding any officials or executive managers of insurance companies within the scope of the Council’s jurisdictions and in coordination with SAMA and relevant entities.
المادة (70): يحق للمجلس إبداء التحفظ على أي من المسئولين أو المدراء التنفيذيين في شركات التأمين في نطاق اختصاصات المجلس وبالتنسيق مع المؤسسة والجهات ذات العلاقة.
