Committee for Violations of the CCHI Law

Article 123:One or more committees, named the “Committee for Violations of the Cooperative Health Insurance Law” shall be formed pursuant to a decision by the Chairman of the Council in accordance with Article 14 of the Law, to consider violations of the provisions of the Law and to recommend appropriate penalties. Said penalties shall be imposed by a decision of the Chairman of the Council and may be appealed before the Board of Grievances within sixty days from the date of notification thereof.

Article 124:The relevant party shall file a written complaint with the General Secretariat within ninety days from the date of the occurrence of the dispute subject of the complaint, unless reasonable circumstances prevent the filing of the complaint within such period.

Article 125:The General Secretariat of the Council shall refer the complaint to the Committee and notify the complainant within 15 work days from the date of deciding on the complaint in accordance with the Regulations of the Committee for Violations of the Cooperative Health Insurance Law (attached (Annex 9)).
